Requests for New Bulletin Boards
New Bulletin Boards will require Approval from Campus Planning (CP) in the following circumstances:
- Any bulletin boards proposed in building entrances, foyers, or common areas.
- In these cases, CP will ensure that the board is not detrimental to entry aesthetics (i.e., creating unnecessary visual clutter upon entry), does not compete with initial entry wayfinding systems, and that there is not a proliferation/duplication of other similar boards.
- Bulletin boards proposed for buildings and/or locations where the associated faculty/business unit is not also located.
Campus Planning will not need to approve the location of new bulletin boards where faculties or administrative units wish to place bulletin boards in “secondary” hallways within their respective business unit/office areas.
